Polyethylene wax (PE wax), also known as the polymer wax or polyethylene wax. It is widely use because of its good cold resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance and abrasion resistance. In the normal production, this PE wax can be directly added to polyolefin processingas an additive, it can increase the luster of the products and processing performance.
As a lubricant, its chemical properties of stability, electric performance is good.Polyethylene wax and polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene wax acid ethylene, ethylene propylene rubber, butyl rubber intermiscibility is good.Can improve the liquidity of polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS and poly (methyl methacrylate, polycarbonate demoulding.Compared for PVC and other external lubricant, polyethylene wax has better internal lubrication.
